THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE AND ADVANCED TRAINING SYSTEM OUT THERE

MBODY LIVE – TURNS YOUR PHONE INTO PERFECT PERSONAL TRAINER

The new Mbody Live app advices to stay within the target zone, which ensures reaching the training goals. Quality instead of Quantity. Mbody monitors non-invasively the muscle intensity easily and comfortably.

OUR GOAL IS TO HELP YOU TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS AND REDUCE YOUR RISKS FOR POTENTIAL INJURY

REAL-TIME PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS REGARDLESS OF THE ENVIRONMENT OR THE TYPE OF SPORT

MUSCLE TRAINING ZONES – OPTIMIZE THE TRAINING INTENSITY TO THE TARGETS

Knowing correct training intensity it’s vital to control the Muscle load together with Cardio info. Muscle activation is the most accurate biosignal to monitor training zones in comparison with Heart Rate, and it’s much faster in relation to Lactate measurement. Better optimized training speed and muscle loading means that you stay within the target zone.

MUSCLE LOAD – MANAGE THE LEVEL OF MUSCLE LOAD AND CHANGES IN IT

Did you know that warming up improves neuromuscular control and lowers muscle activity? Cool down is needed to start effective flush-away of lactate from blood and therefore enhance recovery.
Mbody allows you to optimize warm-up and cool down times for your muscles to reduce the risk of injury.

OUR GOAL IS TO BRING THIS PROVEN TECHNOLOGY TO EVERYDAY SPORTS ENTHUSIASTS

MUSCLE BALANCE – ENSURE THAT THE PHYSICAL STRAIN IS DIVIDED IN BALANCE BETWEEN ALL MUSCLE GROUPS AND REDUCE THE RISK OF POTENTIAL INJURY

Did you know that 75% of the lower body injuries are due to imbalance?
Detect hidden muscle problems, imbalances and weaknesses with Mbody Live App!

MUSCLE RATIO – TRACKS THE RATIO OF YOUR QUADRICEPS AND HAMSTRING AND CHANGES IN IT

Did you know that for a top athlete the quads/hams ratio is approximately 40/60% in running and 50/50% in cycling?

  • Control loading patterns
  • Improve technique
  • Monitor the impact of intensity
  • Fatigue and biomechanical factors on the loading ratio

NEW DIMENSION IN UNDERSTANDING AND MANAGING HUMAN BODY

MUSCLE DISTRIBUTION – GET QUANTIFIED ACTIVITY OR THE INDIVIDUAL MUSCLE GROUPS BOTH IN REAL-TIME AND POST ANALYSIS

Muscle display shows in real time what muscle groups are fired and activation order. New insights let you know you’re performing the right exercises, with the right technique and intensity.

With Balance and Ratio info you can:

  • Detect hidden muscle problems, imbalances and weaknesses
  • Control loading patterns and improve technique
  • Monitor the impact of intensity, fatigue and biomechanical factors on the balance and loading ratio

New SUMMARY-page

Summary page enables better data perception to analyse performance and gain better control over your neuromuscular and cardiovascular systems.

Within zone/Under zone/Over zone percent indexes indicate the quality and accuracy of training intensity versus training goals.

Training above the Muscle Fatigue Threshold MFT (actually on the anaerobic area) starts accumulation of lactate to your muscles. If you don’t control the intensity, you are forced to slow down soon or you’ll even get exhausted. On the other hand training only below MFT, does not teach your body to withstand fatigue and proper lactate control and your endurance abilities do not improve.

Visible curves enable comparison of averaged Muscle Load with Heart rate, Speed and Elevation to evaluate interaction between physiological and environmental factors.

After having knee surgery,  the Mbody shorts were a fantastic tool to manage my rehab intensity and improve my efficiency without harming my hurt knee. I wanted to do so much, to get better fast, which can be dangerous. Being able to measure Muscle imbalances and weakness on my hurt leg was crucial to my rehab. Mbody shorts are such a cool gadget!

“When I was a rider I always had problems when I was going up a hill straight from the start and I wasn’t warm enough…with this shorts we can actually know how much each rider should be doing the warm up before he goes to the race.”
