ME (User Profile)

1) Fill registration information to Personnal info.

  • User name 

  • Country

  • Email address 

  • Birthdate 

  • Gender 

  • Height

  • Weight

2) Select/Create your own Exercise Types. You can have four exercise types visible on the Workout page.

Settings

1) Go to "Settings" --> "Bluetooth Devices" 
2) Power on MCell device and Heart Rate monitor
3) Let app discover nearby Bluetooth devices
4) Select devices to add them to "My Bluetooth Devices" **

* These devices will be used in measurements

Do not forget to:

1) Allow location usage *
2) Turn on Bluetooth on your smart phone **

* Required for GPS measurements
** Required for Muscle Load and Heart Rate measurements

Workout

1) Go to "Workout" page
2) Wear Myontec product and Heart Rate monitor
3) Select Exercise type *
4) Select target Muscle Load Zone **
5) Press "Start Exercise" button to start measurement

* You can create your own sports by clicking the pen -> Manage -> select Exercise or create own with +. You find the selection also in "Me" --> "My Profile -> Exercise Types" 
** You don't necessary have to follow target zones in your workout

Muscles view

1) Follow Muscle Distribution in % values to see how muscle activity is distributed to different muscles.
2) Follow Problem Detection with color coding. *
3) Follow Muscle Intenstity on muscles silhouette. **
4) Follow activation order.

5) Follow Heart rate.***

* GREEN = good muscle group balance
   YELLOW = average muscle group balance
   RED = bad muscle group balance

** Muscle activity of quads, hams and glutes are shown in colors. The Bigger EMG signal value in microvolts (uV) is, the more intensity and more color.

*** Myontec Live app can connect with 3rd party BLE heart rate belts.​​

Channel view

1) Shows EMG in graphical view.
2) Choose to show muscle activity averaged values from last 1 minute or in real-time (1 sec). Real-time is set as default.

3) Un-select/Select the muscles you want to see by tapping name of the muscle.
